Alyssa Hussey

Alyssa has been involved in dance since she was 2 years old, and became part of the Fusion family in 2014. Since then, her love and passion for dance has only continued to grow. In 2015, she joined the teacher assistant program, where she quickly discovered her enthusiasm for working with children and sharing the joys that dance has brought her with others.

Alyssa has trained in a wide range of styles, including Hip Hop, Street Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Jazz, Musical Theatre, and Acro. She was a committed member of Fusion’s competitive program for many years and brings both experience and energy to every class she leads.

Alyssa is a proud graduate of Memorial University’s Bachelor of Education (Primary/Elementary) program and was awarded a scholarship for scholastic achievement during her studies. She is excited to continue combining her love of teaching and dance, and she looks forward to creating a fun, inclusive, and inspiring environment for all her students to learn and grow!
