Classes are $58.00 plus tax per month

*Fees are based on once a week for four weeks. Classes range from 30-60 minutes*
A non refundable registration fee of $15.00 plus tax is due at time of registration. This fee is paid once per year, per family.

- To officially withdraw from the studio we will need to be notified through email or in person through our office. Please note, you will continue to be charged for classes unless we are notified.
- We DO NOT offer refunds unless a program is cancelled. All payments are non-refundable unless accompanied by a physician’s note.
- Fusion Dance Studio accepts Visa, MasterCard, Debit, Cash, and EMT.

Costume deposits ($60.00 plus tax per dance) for our spring recital will be due December 7th
January (January 4th-January 31st)
February (February 1st-February 28th)
March (March 1st-March 28th)
April/May (March 29th-May 23rd) *8 week session
Costume remainders will be due during our final monthly payment.
