Please review our dismissal procedure.
There will be an assigned meeting point for each group throughout the lower and upper concourse. Please look for appropriate signage; this is where the students will gather to be picked up.
*For students in multiple dances, they will exit the theatre with the last group they dance with*
Younger Students
After the show, students will be brought to the lower concourse where they will meet their parents. Please look for appropriate signage with the song name; this is where the students will gather to be dropped off and picked up.
At the end of the recital, please DO NOT overcrowd the lower concourse entrance. This is very frustrating for the helpers responsible for the students well being. Please be patient. It takes time to gather belongings and our volunteers will be doing their best to deliver students efficiently.
Older students
After the show, students will be brought to the upper concourse where they will meet their parents. Please exit the theatre and look for appropriate signage with the song name; this is where the students will gather to be picked up. Students will be brought out to you as quickly as possible. Teen classes and older will not have an assigned sign*
