1. All classes are to run consecutively (excluding scheduled breaks). The studio will not observe holidays other than those listed. |

| 2. To ensure your child will be participating in our annual year end recital, a $50 non- refundable costume deposit will be added to your term three invoice in January. |

| 3. Please note that there will be no post dated checks accepted after April 1 st. | |
| 4. All remaining fees have to be paid in full before the costume for the recital is distributed. |

| 5. A $20 service fee will be charged to checks returned due to insufficient funds. | |
| 6. All payments are non-refundable unless accompanied by a physician’s note. | |
7. If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather the class will not be rescheduled. |

8. If the teacher is sick she will be replaced by a substitute teacher or the class will be |
|
| 9. All Performing Group members are required to take an additional class. Senior member must take an Advanced Hip Hop Class. |
