Policies



1. All classes are to run consecutively (excluding scheduled breaks). The studio will not observe holidays other than those listed.
2. To ensure your child will be participating in our annual year end recital, a $50 non-
refundable costume deposit will be added to your term three invoice in January.
3. Please note that there will be no post dated checks accepted after April 1 st.
4. All remaining fees have to be paid in full before the costume for the recital is
distributed.
5. A $20 service fee will be charged to checks returned due to insufficient funds.
6. All payments are non-refundable unless accompanied by a physician’s note.

7. If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather the class will not be rescheduled.
Students are asked to make up the missed class with another scheduled later in the
week.

8. If the teacher is sick she will be replaced by a substitute teacher or the class will be
rescheduled.

9. All Performing Group members are required to take an additional class. Senior
member must take an Advanced Hip Hop Class.
